SUG UPDATE 27/02/2017!!!
Greetings to our amiable UNIBEN INTELLECTUALS, I hope we had a great day.
To the 300, 400, 500, and 600 level students we felicitate with you for the just concluded first semester examinations and we wish you all SAFE journey back home.
Without leaving out the 100 and 200 level erudite scholars, we wish you all examinations success as we commence our first semester examinations.
Sequel to the above, let’s be reminded of the approved 2016/2017 academic calendar as amended:
First semester examinations for 100 and 200 level students commences Monday, 13th March, 2017.
That old students (300, 400 500 and 600) levels go down for first semester break (two weeks) 25/02/2017.
That students come into residence for second semester (300, 400, 500 and 600) levels 11/03/2017.
Lectures begins for second semester for 300, 400, 500, and 600 levels 13/03/2017.
That whether or not the 100 and 200 level students would be going on break after their exams has not been decided yet by the University senate.
However, lets be reminded that in the case of an amendment by the university senate which may cause a change in date would be timely and appropriately brought to your notice.
This is to also inform you of some crucial event as it may help build our entrepreneurial skills and enhance our social wellbeing during the break period.
